CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must happen 24 hours appointment start time. After two cancellations it will be at my discretion if you can continue to schedule. I very much understand that life happens, please just communicate with me so that my time is also respected. There will be a 30% no-show fee and your scheduling ability will be paused until we have a discussion. *rescheduling is not considered a cancellation, but there are the same expectations of following the 24 hour grace period.
